There doesnt seem to be at this time but they may be planning that for a future update. Weekly updates are being kept intentionally small, mostly minor QOL patches, so that the devs have more time to devote to coding the rendering rework. Making new uses for Troll Bones sounds exactly like that type of update so I wouldnt be surprised if it happens fairly quickly. Then again, I wouldnt be surprised if it never happens, either.

No, and they count as a single bone in any recipe, even if you turn them into bone ash. Since they take up more space than normal bones, they are usually disposables, unless from very high Q.

Never tried hanging them on a wall, but maybe they can be used for that optical extra look.
