How to change your password

I forgot my old password and wanted to change it to a new one but I cant get my old password to change it how could I get it and or change it using my E-mail. :?:

If you have the password saved look at your browser. If you are using google chrome go to settings > managed passwords and search for haven. Also you can just send a recovery to your email.

For firefox, go to settings as well and click Privacy & Security and click "saved logins".
