How do I get out from someone else's claim?

I went somewhere in the world and came back home to play haven and hearth and most of my things were taken. I said, "Maybe i should get out of this place now since someone claimed it".

Later, I found my self stuck in the claim. I looked though posts after posts to see what I can do. I broke my hearth fire and I still couldn't get out. I wish the owner of that land was on to let me out all ready. I have doubts that same person would ever let me out.
I thought about using the wilderness beacon saw that it only works on "New" players after saying a hearth secret or something. So, I'm boned. Can anyone help me?

Just to confirm: you broke your hearth fire, logged out, and logged back in, and you are still stuck on the claim?

i'm assuming the claim is inactive because you were able to log back in where you logged off? and you're stuck inside a wall?

if you can build a wilderness beacon, you can spawn an alt, place a boat or some other large object on the tile where your main character logged out, and then you'll be able to get a wilderness spawn

I'm not stuck. Though, stuck in a claim that is walled in. I can move if I turn on Criminal acts. I can't teleport out because I have no hearth fire. Plus, I'm stuck in someones new claim and I'm a visitor in said claim. No Gates are open. there're all closed.

I feel like using my other char.s to try teleporting my char. who is stuck out of there. However, I can't because maybe I don't know how to or you can't. 100% stuck. If anybody can help me. That'll be appreciated.

This is a long shot but is the base you're stuck in near -40, 64 or 2, -80? I've put some claims up around those areas on abandoned bases. If not does the base you're at have a village claim? If it does what is the village name? If you want you can say where you are and maybe someone will recognize the place and let you out or someone can use a wrecking ball.

Screw it. I'm at somewhere with the name of Kingdom of Storm.
Use to be another kingdom. they asked if I want to join. I said sure until I later quit being part of it when i heard about maid cafe and that other kingdom that used to be in started trouble with others. I didn't want to fight anyone or start trouble. So I left.

Then you should be able to logout and when logging in you should be told about 'position unavailable' (because you have no permission on the claim) and ask if you want to 'spawn in the wilderness'.

In case you are red handed (from prior criminal acts while trying to get out) you'll have to wait for the debuff to expire so your character is actually removed from the world, else you won't get the chance to the wilderness spawn (as you're still in the world, thus won't need to be placed).
