Problem with knarr and lock

Guys, we'v got problem.
We'v just builded knarr (was collecting tar around week) and have big problem:

My comrade-beginner found lock in abandoned village. This lock was "used" - with existed key. And he installed this lock to our knarr.

Any ideas/help? We can't wait another weak to collect tar and dig ore

Nothing you can do without the key. You should put a proper lock on a knarr when you build it.
