Best way to dispose of q10 trash?

Postby Dondy » Sat Jul 14, 2018 4:40 pm

Is there a way to dispose of low q trash that won't have it show up again either when I am digging or fishing or as beach salvage?

The stuff I am digging up while I am leveling is the same stuff that I dropped to get rid of. At first I just dropped it again. But I am pretty sure that during an extensive digging project the same objects may have passed through my hands more than once. I very much like the monotony of digging producing odd unexpected things, (in rl I once found a George III silver penny while putting in tulips) but at the same time when doing clean up I can find myself dumping q10 tundra rose fruits and not being as excited at the prospect of seeing them again.

Maybe drop it in a house or cave? I don't know if it works, just an idea.

I am currently storing all of the uncovered trash in cupboards, except for items that can be stockpiled, which I stockpile then destroy. I think Lyrroth's method will work well, load a cupboard with junk, go stand in the shallows, then log off. (cupboards cannot be placed or dropped in water shallows).

Wicker or straw baskets seem like an easier or cheaper way, though not as efficient time-wise (6 or 16 spaces vs 64). Guess it depends on how much wood you want to cut up.
