Fishing Nets

Postby boreial » Tue Jul 24, 2018 12:12 am

Hi All,

Does anyone have fairly accurate information on how long it takes for a net to fill? How long it takes to begin losing fish? I have tried 24 hours and had 2 fish in net when raised, 48 Hours and 4 fish.

Thanks in advance

I've only started to test the fishing net timer but I've found that anything less 72 hours doesn't gain enough fish. I'm thinking something like 5 in game days might be the sweet spot on this. The patch notes indicated too little time and you get little fish but leaving them too long also leaves you with less fish.

I haven't tested this to exact number of days, but can add that I tend, on average, to empty mine once a week and they are always all full. :)

I can concur that it does take several days for a considerable effect.
