Domesticated animals butchering

Does anyone investigated what stat or skill affect on skinning or butchering of domesticated animals?
Recently i got the point that a survival has no affect on skinning of cow. It seems farming has affect.
Tool Q,milk Q during a breeding, and Q affects of animal had been taken into consideration.
Any suggestions?
