Sup g. All it means it means is that you need to go find a willow bay tree and pick the catkins. Basically its a UPS quest. Easy peazy.

I already understood that just ordinary Willows are growing nearby and there you need a completely different tree)) I am a beginner, I do not know much in the game, thanks for the hint

Grab a custom client that highlights different tree types for you on your minimap. Go adventure and find yourself a bay willow. It's a more green looking willow I think. I had some in my arboretum at one point just because I couldn't ever find them growing wild, got lucky and planted my own from base Q.
