To create and play 2 windows - is allowed?

I played on 1 account having several characters on it, but after the village was built I have not found a way to invite my characters.
Question : Is it allowed to create multiple accounts and play in 2 or more windows? (This is prohibited paid by the rules of the games I played in before)
