How do I get unstuck from a bat cave?

Jorbtar, your shabby "design" of batcaves has finally paid off: my character got stuck inside a wall via your moronic "when I'm on an edge of a cliff I get an acute Polio and a stroke" mechanic. Well played and thanks a lot.
Can't Heartstone from there, can't bring in furniture to sit or a horse to mount (not that the "cliff polio" would let me do that). Thanks a lot, I'm sure you're cackling and giggling there in your damp neckbeard lair.

In all seriousness though, me and my pal nearby have run out of ideas. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

Log out.
Bring a naked alt and get it stuck in the same location.
Log in with no valid location and be hearthed.

If you're outlawed, ha! Sucks to be you.

Alternatively, if you are able to wiggle around a bit in your acute-Polio-and-stroke state, try to wiggle somewhere where there is no space to log in (Like in a wall - i've been there.) Sometimes you can get hearthed that way without needing to bring an alt.
