Is there a pig island in the game?

Its funny how this thing is possible back in the 2d version.
Anyway, did someone lost control of his entire pig army and made a hell on the map?
If you know of such a place please give me coordinates.

If I recall correctly, at least one point during world 7 there was large island that was filled to the brim with sheep. It actually caused the server to lag until some players slaughtered portion of the animals. I think my group snatched couple of the sheep from there as well. (This was long before you could Fast Travel with leashed animals and taming them yourself was only option most of the time.)

To my understanding, this scenario could definitely happen if breeding pair of domestic animals were introduced to suitable island (terrain that animals can graze on.)

Even the abandoned forts I've seen where the animals have enough room to graze, they don't live long enough. As cool as hearing about that sheep island was, I just don't see it happening and being sustainable.

Sheep on the island were something along 90% male since females kept dying from starvation when pregnant. Eventually there could have been only sustainable amount of male sheep left that would have wandered around endlessly until someone decided to snatch or slaughter them, since animals don't die of old age in Haven.

They will die but remain to exist for the rest of the world. Because devs are unable to make them rot!

Corpses of wild animals have always rotted, but for some reason domestic animals never rot. I have to admit this is kind of convenient as you don't need to butcher them immediately, instead storing dozens of pig carcasses to butcher when needed.

Things like "pig island" is impossible in hafen.
Animal will die faster than give newborn, if have no access to normal food.
