World 10 quality

Hello everyone, I played in worlds 7-8 actively, and some world 9 with the tri-quality system. Looking at the trading section there were items with huge qualities for my perspective. One example 1900Q iron equipment? Were the general quality values were buffed? How has the single quality system changed in respect to worlds 7-8, can someone care to explain?

In this world metal received it's quality thanks to market economics - cast iron as a raw material for spiralling was a very much in demand
