Food Satiations help

Can someone please explain to me how to eat effienciently or point me to a guide that explains easily what and how to eat in this game please before w11 hits. Thank you so much in advance!

Devs are completely reworking the food system including satiations, gotta wait for w11 to find out.

Before it was very easy to fuck your character up really badly just by eating. But one of the ideas behind the ongoing food rework is that it should not be so.
As was mentioned already, we don't know the details and will have to wait till the world start. But we know that the idea is that price of "eating wrongly" should not be as severe as before.
