Can I make a house private this way?

Okay by putting a private claim behind a stonestead house like this.


Then putting a Gate in front of it, Put a lock on it and leave it open like this.


Then claim the entire house + Gate like this

Then whoever own the house got a slave key for the House Door, while i keep the Master Key for it.
They will receive all the permissions for that P claim while i own the bond of blood & soil on a different character.
The houses will also be checked so that they can not build any mineholes in the cellar.

This should give them permission to place stockpiles, build stuff like cupboards and other things inside the house, while unable to damage my village?
I got a bit inspired by the CF market and was thinking i could build a small local market for me and those who will live close to me in the next world.

So my question is, would this setup work? or are there any safety risks?

In case someone can build cupboards they can build mineholes, Visitor mechanic might change in the next world ('normal' gates no longer providing it).

My base is most part underground, So i will just build stuff under them so they cant even place it.

Man that sounds like it sucks, but lets hope for the best with these new gates, guess that is what we get when people keep exploiting them.
