Sailing the Sea

Postby linkfanpc » Mon Feb 04, 2019 8:34 pm

I heard the deeper parts of the sea eats canoes so we made and tarred a rowboat. Second we touched deeper waters the rowboat hit 25%. We narrowly escaped. Is a Knarr required now? I thought for sure i heard of people using Rowboats to explore other continents but it definitely doesn't work.
Total misplay.

Given you need 50 cloth for a knarr, no, there are no knarrs yet. I'm assuming recipe hasn't changed. There may be a stronger boat than a rowboat. I don't know.

Not sure how they're doing it. I haven't progressed far enough yet. I finally got a claim down last night and finished drying.

Well, if you are really brave, you know how it is supposed to end. Tell them to make a beacon before you get brave and enter Atlantic in a boat made for park lakes.

As a rule of thumb, everything that makes life easyer and less boring/grinding for players is a great idea. Everything that makes the game harder is crap coming from sadistic tendencies of Jorbtar helped by the few players with the same kind of disorders.

Just use your wings as these guys. Or ask Jorb for a free Knarr. Because I don't know how to travel through the deep water so long.

People could repair boats on deep sea before the new patch. That's how you traveled.

Rowboat can stay a few seconds before destruction. You can count how much boards you need to cross at least a grid.
