you need bone glue rope leather and wood blocks

I have discovered and created all those, still don't have the recipe for it. Also have the required skills to make it as from what the wiki says.

You either don’t have yeomanry or haven’t personally discovered one of the ingredients.
keep in mind you have to:
-personally chop a wood block
-personally create bone glue and rope
-personally remove leather from a tanning tub
To be able to begin a palisade. Do all those things today, if the walls section still doesn’t have the palisade option then you might have a bug
