Visit Milgast?

Ok, I am entirely new to this game and trying to dig my way through it. Finally got it to work with Ambr while the original client never loaded. Now I have this quest "Visit Milgast" and I can't figure out for the sake of it how to do that. Is that a location? A person? The quest description might indicate the latter but this is so fuzzy ... I've been walking around without any indication where that "wind" could be and died plenty trying to find someone who could be Milgast. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be a green tree waypoint icon somewhere around the border of your screen pointing in the direction of the quest giver.

Ok, after realizing I can turn the map I saw the marker and am at the Runestone. But what do I do now? Right or left click does nothing.

Edit: Gawwd it is the tree behind the stone. Never mind.

there should be a flower petal menu with the option Visit. should be the same action as if you wanted to chop or forage on the tree.

Not the runestone. It will be a tree, stump, or rock. If there's a runestone there, someone left a message there for others.

i'm not sure if stumps have been available, but they are now. I never saw one in past worlds, anyway.
