Exploration 10 - 9 (Newbie problem)

Hi. Why is my exploration not 10, but 9? It says just 10 - 1 (total 9), and have a red color. Sorry for my english.

Concussion reduces all skills by a certain amount depending on how much concussion damage you have. Once it's healed you will be back to 10 exploration.
