Claim Shield

In the previous world I could Inspect my claim, or others, to see if the shield was up or not and it's HP value. Was this function removed from Inspect in the new world or moved to some other info? How do I see if my claim is up and the shield HP value?

So the claim will always be up, till its presence will hit zero?

If it's like recent past worlds without claim shields, you can siege weapon the claim totem to destroy the claim.

If there is no claim shield any more. Then what about buildings near the palisade? So catapult will be able to damage the building over the palisade, willn't it? Is there any defence for building inside the village claim/palisade?
