Does Quicksilver Poisoning heal/can be healed?

Almost grabbed that Quicksilver before i thought i should probably check the wiki, and i can't find anywhere if it heals over time or if it can be healed. Is it permanent?
Total misplay.

Pretty sure it's permanent and can only be healed with ancient roots.

i was gonna do the same thing. saw "oh damn this cinnabar is spammed EVERYWHERE maybe i should smelt it?" checked the wiki, saw the description of the mercury poisoning, and noped the fuck off that real quick. purpose of that shit is ground tiles.

I believe it heals slowly
Anyway, if you're afraid - you can always abuse alts to take quicksilver out of smelter

the thing is that if someone want's that very decent (for early&mid game) lp/h/slot of quicksilver globe there is (according to the wiki) "High chance to damage HHP when studied with Quicksilver Poisoning."
