is there anyway to add an alt to my village list? it looks like a character has to be online to be invited and i didnt add them before i made the village (not enough ip) if i cant its not that big a deal, but it would be nice.

Think he's referring to another character on the same account, meaning he can't log into both at the same time.

Only real way to do it I believe is to create a new account, oath that one in and give him invite permissions, then use that account to oath the alt in.

well i tried making a new account and oathing her in, but i dont have an oath option, is there a specific amount of autority i need to oath someone in? or a cooldown before the village can have more members?

No cooldown or authority needed. Make sure the proper permissions are set for the village.

You have a new tab on your kin list at the bottom of the page , for village permission.
Yes you need to make an alt on another account.
