Whats limiting my table?

So i have a table with like 65% Hunger reduction and 4 fep increase when i loot at it but when I take a seat in my chair that goes up to around 82% and 2.

Anyone know whats the cause of this? is it table type or chair type?

It's your stats and symbel.
If the symbel Q is lower than your max stat, it's effect is reduced. This is only applied when you take a seat.
