Mining from Deep Water ??

Yo guys!

If i mine from Deep Water and hit a cave-in will i get knocked-out ? and if i do ... from a coracle will i sploush! in the water and die ?

and also hmmm i was fighting an angler fish without problem with my coracle and later on tried another one with a boat and the boat got wrecked almost instantly :O! does coracle not get destroyed for some reason like hmmm maybe they are too small and the mob doesnt need to break it to hit us ?

you get knocked out inside your boat. during my previous cave ins. no boulders did appear on water tiles nor did my dug out recieve damage

That literally means no boulders or new tiles appear on the water during cave in? Or you just got lucky that time?

I am about to perform extreme deep water mining and really afraid of going down with the destroyed boat.
