Bad Cam without middle mouse

I'm trying to use bad cam but my middle mouse button is broken any ways to fix?

Buy a new mouse.
Or edit the client.
I don't think there are other ways.

Or maybe some macro, so you can press some other key to simulate middle mouse button?

Bind middle mouse button to another key with AHK

+ and - keys work. If you don't have a numpad then AHK is good, as was already mentioned.
