Cave Sculpin impossible?

Is it possible to catch Cave Sculpin?
I've tryed above 100+ times in the cave water. There is only Abyss Gazer, Cavelacanth and Pale Ghostfish.

You might need to find a different area. Fish are on a node system where they can be more common in some areas than in others.

Have you tried using cave moths as bait? I caught a couple using them whereas previously I was using worms and entrails and only catching the other three.

Better use casting rod and play with different combinations of line/lure and as said above - in different locations.
Too old to rock-n-roll, too young to die.
