verify and subscribe

so before when i subbed on a different account, i didnt see the "verify" option. the page shows it as having additional convenience and character development (im assuming that means bonus FEP gains), but my question is this:

does that stack with the buffs from subscription? if a verify AND subscribe, do i instead get a +50% character development and 150% convenience? or is it just the highest bonus that you get, i.e. the sub bonus?
