Hunger mod and Food event bonus changes?

So when I add things to a (wooden) table it lowers the hunger mod and increases FEP but when I sit down to eat both stats are lowered. The hunger mod goes up and the FEP bonus is gone. (Granted it’s only like 85% for hunger and 2% FEP) so my question is: what table and seats are best for eating on?

Ctrl+F chair and throne to find them in the list. The stats differ minorly, but so do the costs so it's up to you what's best.
