How do i add new village member?

Thats it. Is there any way to add new people to established village? Because i don't see any.

You need to have privileges to invite anyone though

But to use your skills, you need to either be in the village you founded personally (costs just a mere 30k LPs each village), either the founder(s) of the village you are in to trust you so much that to give you the right to recruit griefers who will open the gates from the inside, PvP other villagers in their own village, etc. Nobody sane would give you these rights to their village if they do not trust you with their lives.

Wrong. You don't need Lawspeaking to have access to it. What is required is to be a member of a village and given proper permissions for anything relating to managing a village, be it expanding claims or territory, oathing in new members, etc.

Yes, care should be taken by any village to make sure they're not actively recruiting the wrong people, but some people are more trusting and willing to rebuild after a bad relationship than have no relationships at all.
