What is everyone using to get their LP?

So I keep my mind full of LP gaining items while trying to keep my stats fairly equal but what is people using to get so much LP early on or are the ones that have super high stats only focusing on 1 thing.

make a ton of cone cows and it will surprise you how much lp they can generate in a couple of hours. Also look out for dandelions or ladybugs, they crank out excellent lp. At the end of the day, just make magnifying glasses if you can afford them (kinda pricy) and you should be all set.

Check the RoB for top curios and filter for LP/HR. If you have less than 100 INT, filter for LP/HR/ATTN. That list is based on q10, so if you have q40+ curios, don't forget to factor that in. The right answer for you is going to be very subjective.

This. Anything with more than 5 attention is terrible for new characters... or any character with less than 50 INT. If you're at the 34, 40 to 50, you can look at a couple of 10-15 ATTN curios as long as the LP/HR/ATTN is near the top. You're looking at 100-150 INT before you can completely ignore attention needed and focus purely on LP/HR.

And maximizing LP gains depends on your goals in the game. If you're a farmer, crafter, or such, you only needs skills up to the quality level of what you're dealing with. Same goes with attributes. Don't needlessly push certain attributes "because balance" It's easy enough to gain in all of them if you use the tools created by other players. (Except PSY... psy has always been a pain.)

My personal answer to this:

Dragon flies, water bugs, gooseneck barnacles, mirkwood offerings, feather trinket, rotten apples are going to be your early bread and butter. Looking through the curio list is a great idea, but ease of creation is also pretty important. 4 of them are forageable in bulk and quite good, the other two are craftable from hunting chickens in the grassland. Generally speaking I look for 40LP/hour/weight, with qualities of your area in mind. Extension items include batwings, toadstools, swan feathers Q40+, enthroned toads Q20+, ghostpipes (L3 cave bush), jellyfish (poor man's gloves stop the vast majority of damage they deal). Mirks/batwings are heavy on the XP, if you're having XP trouble you'll probably want to lay off those two although they can be pretty hefty LP/day.

There will be a log of other potential curios that are decent, but I find there's supply issues. I like to stock my study desk for 24hrs, and anything that runs 1.5hrs each overfills it fast. I only do mirks for that. Sometimes people don't know about the study desk and that's pretty huge for LP.

But all told, you can easily double your LP/day by questing. It means you're doing little to nothing to help your base though, so it's something selfish people/warriors do primarily. As a hermit you're usually too busy to do much other than topping up XP.

Gooseneck barnacles, EdiwleB, Floatsams, high ql mirkwood offerings and feather trinkets. Also bluebells, focus on getting your PERxEXP up as much as possible until you see all of them and then just explore through lakes/rivers. You will find tons if you explore enough.

waterstriders, dandelions, ladybugs, cave moths, feather trinkers, flotsams, mirkwood offering, barkboats, strawdolls, onion braid, dragonflies, mallard feather and some fillers to ramp up my LP gains, usually sitting at 3-4k lp/h which is not that bad early game i think

Raise exp/surv early on and make quests while studying random shit you find while travelling for said quests, curios not worth to go out of your way for anymore.
