Score Bullseye (Possible bug?)

I have to score a bullseye on an archery target for hunter credo. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get one, and when I finally did, it didn't fulfill the quest. I saw the +50 number thing pop up and the arrow was dead center in the target. I'm trying to get another one to see if this was some kind of fluke, but has anyone else had this issue? Am I just stupid and there's something I need to do specifically?

Stand further back, 7-8 tiles I think. It really should specify this in the quest, but it doesn't.

For safety do 8. I've had someone not get the complete at 7 tiles before. If using default client use the land survey in the adventure menu to count tiles.
