i mistakenly took some leaves from a growing tree.
Will there be any problem?
It was my highest q tree ever...

No problem, they just won't be there when it grows up until it gets hit with a decay tick

Picking item early gives penalty to quality I think.

Compared to W10, tree products are gaining quality along with the tree. When You chop down a tree of Q100 when it's at 50%, it will give 50q. If You take products from this tree when it is at 50%, products will be also 50q.

thank you for all of you.
As a result, there was no stunt, and no quality penalty.
Since i took 3 leaves from the tree(which got 80% of the original q), it only gave 247 leaves.
However it seemed to grow slower than the others with same terrain. It was 83% grown when i took the leaves and finally, it has been fully grown today, so it took 2 days rt from 83% to 100%.

AFAIK taking anything from tree shouldn't impact it growth speed but then again, who knows what lies within jorbtar.
