Blunt trauma

Can a blunt trauma heal by itself? If not, best idea is to use leeches? cause i dont have bandages

Leeches are better than bandages because they just flat get rid of the wound. Leech burns will never grow, either, unless you add more leeches. If you gauze a wound, it has a pretty good chance of getting worse if you take more injuries. In general, I don't like gauze as a means of healing, but it is cheap and reliable as long as you stay on "bed rest." (I'll note it is better than other forms of healing, like toad butter.)

It doesn't but I assumed a blunt trauma could be something capable of healing on its own however so I'm not sure why. Might be a bug.
