Wierd fire fairy thing

So I was smelting some ore and some wierd fire butterfly thing flew out of the ore smelter. Did anyone know what that was

they are fun little creatures known as Irrlights.

You may use them as a curiosity, or to instantly light an unlit fire. Assuming you're quick enough and lucky enough to catch one.
