Escaping an island.

I have recently returned to the game and I am currently stuck on a small island. It is surrounded by deep seawater. How do I escape this island?

Place stockpiles around you, lift log , stand on own hearthfire and destroy it too.

Close client and you should be blocking the space you logged out at so you would get a new random spawn somewhere in the world.

The game is telling me that I am too weak to do any damage to my hearthfire. Are there any other ways to destroy it?

you could alternatively, just build your way off. i feel like that would be a neat challenge lol

Try it with a stone axe. If doesn't work then maybe try get some str from nuts around you but to be honest no idea what the threshold will be. Seems you're stuck without outside help.

Jorbsus may be able to help as well, if stone axe does not work. He has done so previously.

In any case str threshold for destroying own hearthfire should be 0.

I have destroyed my own hearth fire and done as you described, but instead of the log blocking my logout spot, the log has disappeared? I'm not sure this method still works, unless I have done something wrong.

i mean, this char is a fresh spawn, just go drown, and reroll, and then you wont be on the island anymore. Or just ask for some assistance if it matters that much to you, and see if someone cant taxi you.
