I know abandoning a quest sets you back a stage, but on my first quest for my credos I got a mission to pick bird cherries- which I currently can't at all because it's winter and... trees have stopped giving seeds or fruits entirely.
If I abandon this quest, will the LP be wasted and the credo canceled, or will i get another quest?

the proliferation of automation is the rot of this game, with the next worst thing being the filth that plays it (you, probably.)

Positive side of this is that very bircherrytree will be guaranteed to have cherries once the winter ends. Although admittedly there are only three reasons to pick bird cherries: discovery LP, credo, and Mirkwood mass production.
The most actively maintained Haven and Hearth Wiki (Not guaranteed to be up-to-date with all w14 changes.)
