Moving Map files betwen clients

So is it possible to copy and paste all folders in ardennes map over to ambers map and get what i discoverd from there+any new markers/flags i put?

in the map folders of custom clients only minimap get stored - and yes you can c+p ard map folder into amber

but the markers you have set are in haven cache folder not in client:
C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth\data

and it seems they will partly be overwritten when changing client (like prefs in windows registry)

So the markers i had in ardennes could dissapear when i change to amber client? If not can i transfer the markers?

Also since its only minimap thats saved in the client it makes no difference to transfer map files since they dont show up on the map?

try with backing up the cache - then start Amber and after first start copy the backuped cache back

not sure if it works ...

mv started a thread in Wizards Tower (where custom client related normally belongs at) to gather informations about cache files

If Amber has merged the "Export Map" from default client you simply have to press that, save the file, then use "Import Map" on your current client and select said file.

Otherwise you have to follow instructions in the previous posts.
