hello. i end quarryman credo and my statistics were not raised. i have to wait more then 12h for that ?

you receive the increases to stats as you complete each part. They are not bonuses, but instead increase base stats, and if you're not looking for the change, it can be easy to miss your first credo or two.

When you complete the part that gives more stats it indeed gets added to the base value. This means that it's beneficial to increase Ability first before gaining Credo bonus to that, and be careful with Attributes as sudden increase of one of them can mean that raising all others becomes harder since amount of FEPs needed to level up is determined by highest Attribute.

statistics increase during the making or after finishing the credo?

The boni for each level get active whenever you complete one of the 5 credo levels - but reduce in case you forfeit a quest (which also reduces the completed ones by one) and fall below a completed level again.
