Armored Boars?

Postby Glac1al » Mon Mar 09, 2020 1:19 pm

So as always you get to the point in the game where you want to tame some animals and...

Well over 1500 armor later, the boar's "armor" is still not broken

This is likely gonna just give an incentive to cheese with bows more, any other animals/(what not) with armor that you guys have noticed?

You are supposed to fight through the armor, not break it. Stone axe has AP 20% btw...

Honestly... along with no metal spiraling this is great change in the game.

you can still spiral metal, but it won't go anywhere near as fast as you can't take q10 bars and turn them into q200 simply by using a q400 anvil.

Probably matter of definition. I think it's quite common (but might be not universal) to use term "spiraling" to recursive processes where, f.e. iron quality directly helps to increase iron quality. I don't think anything like that is left in the game. You still can play the forging lottery but it's just a matter of original ore quality and number of lucky iterations. Or am I missing something?
