Korean language showing as squares

So I haven't been able to figure out how, but I'd like to be able to see the Korean language in the game. I know Korean people play, but everything from their sign posts and their character names always show up as boxes.

I use Amber client, and I know there's a Korean option there but it still shows as boxes. I've tried the "Set your PC to Korean to download the language data" thing, and that still didn't work as it sometimes does in other games.

I can see Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, Sanskrit, Greek, and Hebrew, but not Korean, and since Korean people play, I assume there is a way to view it and I just haven't figured it out. I'd appreciate it if anyone who knows how to enable that would let me know how.
