What does the move "Think" actually do?

The wiki seems to be wrong, because when i try to use it, i cant gain any IP and the error pops up that "i need 4 ip" ?

Someone please help me understand this.

you need to have 4 ip to use it but it costs 0 ip to use it

The first number is the move's cost, the second number is how many IP over that you need to have in order to use the move.



Cleave uses 4 IP, and you need 4+2=6 ip to start using it. For think, it's 0+4. Costs zero, and you need 0+4=4 ip to start using it.

Needlessly obscure notation, better would be to display it as needed +/- change (Cleave: 6-4, Think: 4+3) to make it more accessible.
