I am not able to play this game, Can you please guide me how to play it?

Need more information before we can reply with any sort of answer. Does it not run? Do you not understand the object interactions? Vague post is vague.

You need Java 8 installed - push the Play button on top (or use a custom client with starting script) - you spawn into the world follw the path - further instructions shown on the lower left of the screen ...

Default client (launches from the "Play" button on top of the website, below game's logo) is much better than it used to be, but I'd still recommend custom client. Head down to "The Wizards' Tower" -subsection of the forum. Custom clients also require Java 8 to be installed on your system and are launched via the "run.bat" file located in their installation folder.
