Why my screen is shaking so much?

I'm using amber client and my screen is shaking so much? I dont know how can I explain it better. Just shaking more than normal. I jave just updated my java version and it has just happened. now I can not play because of it.

oh nevermind. My friend fixed it. (Just change your camera mod a couple times. (press shift+c if you're using amber client)
