Unclear healing system.

Since last update about infected wounds, things on healing became unclear. Infected sore wounds now basically CAN grow worse on time, right? But can it even shrink as it was with infected before update? Also: treated wound that become infected, is this normal and wanted? and how i can cure a treated wound that become infected? Do i need to treat the infection too to heal the whole wound?
This thing is now overcomplicated i think, way too much for what the mechanic in game do.

soap, the answer is soap.
its not that hard to make.

get some chickens, make render fat.
get limestone, burn some bones (from the chickens) and make soap..

i bet you too didn't knew about the latest updates: we got a new healing item, and soap alone won't work anymore, but really, the whole thing is a bit of a mess, and overcomplicated. I think this should be a lot simpler.

if you mean ant paste, afaik it is ALSO used for infected wounds.
2 items now heal infected sore.

I can tell you this if it helps ... I agree it's unclear now ... I had two wounds being treated which became infected and also a smaller wound that heals unaided with an infection, in all three cases the infected wound disappeared when the main injury did without my treating them (the infections) separately.

Good, so now i have confirmation that some infected wounds shrink instead of growing, wich is pretty good (and not working as it should, if you ask me) for healing some kind of wounds.
