Questions for players experienced with seasons:
How to prepare for each season? What foragables are valuable? What is worth doing in autumn / winter / spring?

If you have a lot of livestock, stockpile a LOT of forage for them--12-15 days worth depending on what crops you use to feed them.

For foraging, if you plan on questing or doing credos, you might want to stockpile seasonal or harder to find items that cannot be foraged in upcoming seasons, such as morels. Jorb has indicated that removing "pick" quests for items out of season should be coming up, but that probably wont' include "eat" or "deliver" quests where you'd have a chance to save up. Same can probably be said about curios--save up for the 10 days of winter.

As far as what's available--http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Tables/Seasons/Forageables It's pretty accurate as far as I'm aware.
