Do dungeons respect knockout protection?

Do ants, bats, beavers in their respective dungeons keep attacking after you're knocked out? Has anyone tried in the new world?

They don't keep attacking, but they will reaggro once you get up meaning after 3 or so KOs you'll likely die to concussion damage.
Total misplay.
