what the daily price paid in "presence" for personal claim per 1 tile ?

Credo bonuses are permanently applied once the required level is reached. So it's a good idea to use LP to get first few cheap levels before getting the bonus.

I know the general answer is "not much", but the wiki mentions the mechanic:

It sounds right, 2 months to decay from full to empty. Which means your daily presence cost is roughly the total presence divided by 60.

IMO the big cost to having a claim is the space it takes in your study. Does anyone destroy their deeds and just refill the presence manually every now and then?

a) how to destroy? not possible that I was aware

B) yes, if study is otherwise full. Better to have that one curio spot that makes more LP/day than taken up by the bond.
