UI too small in 4k

My friend started playing and he uses a 4k monitor. The entire UI becomes ridiculously small... Anyone know of a way to fix this?

change resolution to lower than 4k (not trolling)

It's on Loftar's "todo" list. Wouldn't hold my breath, but there's a post somewhere where he acknowledges the problem and agrees it needs fixed.

Buy binoculars, magnifying glass, monocle etc. No other ways really!
