Have you reacquired Lawspeaking? First thing that comes to mind.

Village membership is not inherited. Unless you have access to another character in the village that is allowed to oath (or can claim lawspeaker position to self-assign that right)... you have a problem. But in case there are no other characters left in the village any character with the skill should be able to claim lawspeaker.

Thanks! It works! How to be with master key? destroy the gates?

If you've lost the master key... yes, break the gates to replace a key/lock pair with a wrecking ball.

For the future, my suggestion is to make another account with a character specifically for lawspeaker and a "key master" so you don't lose your master keys. use the second account so that it's easy to add alts to your village should you ever desire to do so.
