recently my friend died, and he did press the runestone on the graveyard, but the body dissapered and he get only 15% stats

i decided to bury my ancestor (the bones) to get full 40% stats, but i need to wait when the body will left only bones, and i want to collect all my items. Right now its says that it would be trespassing. ( Should i learn trespassing skill?) I did not pressed on a runestone while new character creation, because i didnt wanted that my body will dissapear as my friend did.

Or is there some RIGHT way to do all this stuff?

You need to press the runestone in character creation to inherit, the body will decay into skeleton in time even if you don't do that.

Noone stole the body. because it was near our village, so its just dissaper.
