Is Dry Stone fence better than standard wooden fence?

Technically Dry Stone fence is better because it has 50 health vs wooden fence's 20 but the values are so negligible that they are functionally equal.

False, I could inflict full damage to foxes and beavers with 1mm(week ago) with sling.

You need at least 8000% energy and be either logged or in bed which you can craft using tree boughs.

You only need 8k energy thats it. You can be logged in, logged out or logged out via a bed, it doesn't matter in so far as wounds healing at all.

Wounds that heal over time only refresh after you log in. So if you log out at say 73/85 SHP, with 20 HP in wounds that heal over time, you may log in with 85/105 SHP, or anything inbetween depending on the wound. You only heal up to the maximum SHP you slept with (healing also depletes energy, so its possible to not fill everything if you slept close to 8000% energy).

Hey, one more thing - you said Spitroast/Dried Abyss Gazer - you mean Spitroast Rabbit and Dried Filet of Abyss Gazer or putting Dried Filet of Abyss Gazer on roasting spit?

to be honest is better to shoot from clifts or running away rather than on a river because shooting at something on shallow water will 100% kill your ammo

Get to farming, build chicken coops for eggs, grind beets, gather as many q10 laurel leaves as you can; roast chicken with laurel, then make chicken salad with laurel and beetroot leaves - your PER will be your top stat for a while.
